Barrton Assn LED Retrofit 1
The Barrton Condominium offers absolutely
breath taking panoramic views of both the Intra-Coastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean in Delray Beach, FL. This well maintained condo building was looking to upgrade their lighting while reducing their energy costs.
Superior Lighting recommended retrofitting the building lighting in phases. Phase 1 called for changing out the least efficient light bulbs in common areas such as the lobbies and elevators. Superior Lighting replaced the chandelier bulbs in their sconces with warm LED chandelier bulbs. Elevators were retrofitted with LED fluorescent tubes and their exit signs were replaced with LED exit sign retrofit bulbs. Many of these bulbs were on for 24 hours a day.
